What is Science?
Science is systematic varifiable, repeatable knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation.
Sulabhyoga is a scientific, systematic meditation technique and it gives results that can be studied, verified and repeated. Many researches were done to study the effect of meditation on mind and body under His Holiness Maharishi mahesh yogi Ji, which conclussively proved that meditation acts at all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It will make life more enjoyable, productive and fulfilling.
Science does not demand that you believe in it to get results. To be called as scientific, any yoga system also should be like that. Sulabhyoga starts giving results to each and every meditator from the beginning of their practice. The effect on mind and body are so many that a meditator will enjoy benefits at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
